Rule 8
Complaint should be filed and given
(1) According to rule 6, after the complaint is submitted, the formal examination shall be registered on the same day and a copy thereof shall be given to the plaintiff and the date shall be given.
(2) Regardless of what is written in rule 6 and sub-rule (1), if the matters required to be disclosed in accordance with rule 6 are not disclosed in a complaint, if necessary, the court may compel the plaintiff to disclose the said matter and register a complaint.
(3) The Nissa court that has registered a complaint received through the labor office shall send it to the plaintiff through the same labor office and if such complaint cannot be registered, it shall be notified to the concerned person through the same labor office.
(4) In order to register the complaint received through the labor office and keep the plaintiff on the date, the court shall also inform the plaintiff through the same labor office that the Nissa of the registration should come to appear according to sub-rule (3).
